All orders are processed upon receipt. As our products are hand made and often made to order please allow 10 days for manufacture of your order. If the goods you have ordered are in stock your order will be shipped as soon as is possible. If any goods ordered are temporarily unavailable then one of our sales team will call and advise you and you will be offered the choice to amend your order. If goods are not available replacement stock will only be issued with your consent.
