CALADORE supplies its renge of hand made aromatherapy products to many different types of retailers in the UK. From gift stores to garden centres, frome theme parks to tourist attractions our products are well received.

TRADE NOTES 2020
PRODUCTS
All products in the Caladore range are manufactured by hand using only the finest natural ingredients available. All products are manufactured to the highest standard and meet all current EEC legislation-EC 76/768/EEC. Full INCI details are available should they be required
PRODUCTION
We generally allow a lead-time for UK of 10 working for despatch from receipt of order although it is our aim to turn around your order as soon as possible. Please remember that lead times may vary with seasonal variations.
SHIPPING / CARRIAGE
We currently ship to over 30 countries and are well versed in all aspects of export and UK shipping. Our UK shippers are TNT who collect from us on a daily basis. Carriage is charged at £12 for the first 20 Kilos and at 30p per kilo thereafter. Carriage paid orders are set at £300 for the UK. We ship deliveries on Monday – Thursday, we do not ship on Fridays
PACKING
All products are packed in cartons suitable for export / UK shipping and are packed with minimum space for movement. Larger orders are packed on standard 1.2 x 1.0 Metre pallets and are shrink-wrapped to avoid damage/loss in transit. Any other pallet size or special packing will be charged accordingly.
PAYMENT
All orders are despatched on a pro-forma basis. Goods will not be produced or despatched until full payment has been received. Payment may be made by any of the following formats:
- Telex transfer direct to our bankers
- Sterling Cheque/Draft drawn on a UK mainland bank
- Credit Card payment
- Paypal
UK Clients must provide 3 reputable trade references with whom the client has a minimum 12 month trading history. All referees must be independent and not related to the potential client
PRICING
We believe our pricing is competitive but larger volume orders may be subject to further discount upon negotiation. Please contact us for further details.
MISSION STATEMENT
It is our company policy to use only ingredients NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS. We constantly monitor the supply of our base materials and do not knowingly deal with companies who support animal testing. We believe in the right for all species to live in comfort, and we abhor the conduct that allows the killing of one species to improve the image of another.
GENERAL
Caladore are constantly launching NEW and INNOVATIVE products into the giftware market on a regular basis. If you have any questions regarding our products or we can assist you in any way at all, please contact our office and we will be pleased to help you.
We also constantly monitor our products and the response that they have from our customers. With this in mind we occasionally change the look or design of a product to best suit market conditions. We reserve the right to make these changes as and when we fell that it is necessary.
PRIVATE LABEL
We offer a ‘private label’ service for a wide range of our products. This is a very interesting situation as product quantities are very low compared to the norm and virtually all products are available. Please contact us directly for details.
